bad weather keep you from enjoying clean, clear windows. If rain or bad weather make your windows dirty, we will re-clean
them up to 30 days later. Why do we offer this? Most of the time, rain is pure water and will not make windows
dirty. Sometimes, however, wind, surrounding trees and landscaping will affect the clarity of windows as rain passes
through. In these instances, we will re-clean those windows, simple! Clean windows and beautiful views should
be enjoyed all year, not just springtime! No trip charge to Oak Shores, Heritage Ranch, and Nacimiento/Lake
San Antonio areas!

What's included in our window washing prices Remove screens, clean
windows with a mop brush and cleaning solution, squeegy off window and wipe down all edges. Wipe down cills, frames,
open windows and wipe tracks out. Brush off both sides of screens and put back in place. We will cover all flooring
and nearby furniture to avoid any drips. We will also move most furniture, such as chairs and end tables. Large
bookshelves, glassware or antiques should be removed before we begin cleaning. We also wear protective shoe covers while
in your home. What's not included (Extra charges) Hard
water stain removal, glass sealing to prevent future water spots, pressure washing, fixing screens that have broken corners
or torn screen, extra scrubbing, razoring, chemical use on windows that havn't been washed in over a year or more. We
will make sure any charges are discussed and approved before work is done. Screens that are broken, ripped or torn will
not be cleaned to avoid more damage.
